Someone forwarded Julie's contact details to me in 2017. She found a number of properties, did the leg work, vetted the details, and provided prompt feedback. She was always fair and honest when communicating her findings even if it meant she would not sell the house. From my experience Julie is not just trying to flip houses, she is genuinely concerned with pairing the best property with each client. After considering four properties through Julie, she found and promptly secured, in my opinion, the best possible property in the area. It had everything that I wanted and more. She negotiated the details with the seller and we closed, from beginning to end, in one month. I had the keys and title to the house in a month and a week. I really cannot say anything negative about Julie. She is absolutely amazing.
